Clutch Master Cylinder (For Lhd) Disassembly

  1. REMOVE CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD

  3. REMOVE PISTON AND SPRING

Clutch Master Cylinder (For Lhd) -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Secure the master cylinder in a vise.

  1. Loosen the lock nut, and then remove the cylinder push rod clevis sub-assembly.

  1. Remove the lock nut from the clutch master cylinder push rod.



2. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Using snap ring pliers, remove the snap ring and plate while pushing in the clutch master cylinder push rod.

  1. Remove the clutch master cylinder push rod.



3. REMOVE PISTON AND SPRING

  1. Remove the piston and spring from the master cylinder.
