| 1. INSPECT CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY |
Measure the resistance (for vehicles without vehicle-to-vehicle distance control mode).
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 1 (ECC) - 3 (CCS) +RES 235 to 245 Ω 1 (ECC) - 3 (CCS) -SET 620 to 640 Ω 1 (ECC) - 3 (CCS) CANCEL 1510 to 1570 Ω 1 (ECC) - 3 (CCS) Main switch off 1 MΩ or higher 1 (ECC) - 3 (CCS) Main switch on Below 2.5 Ω
- If the result is not as specified, replace the cruise control main switch assembly.
Measure the resistance (for vehicles with vehicle-to-vehicle distance control mode).
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:

- If the result is not as specified, replace the cruise control main switch assembly.
