DTC P0575 Cruise Control Input Circuit


DESCRIPTION

This DTC indicates a malfunction in the ECM.

ECM has a supervisory CPU and control ECU inside. When each input STP signal is different this DTC is output. This DTC is also output after 0.4 seconds have passed from the time a cruise cancel input signal (STP input) is input to the ECM.

HINT:
The ECM receives signals from each sensor to control all functions of the cruise control system. When a trouble code is detected, the fail-safe function remains on until the ignition switch is turned off.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK DTC OUTPUT (RADAR CRUISE1)
  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  1. Clear the DTCs (Click here).

  1. Perform the following to make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

    HINT:
    If the detection conditions are not met, the malfunction cannot be detected.
    1. Drive the vehicle at a speed for which cruise control operation is possible.

    2. Turn the dynamic radar cruise control system on using the cruise control main switch (ON/OFF).

    3. Push the cruise control main switch to -/SET to begin control of vehicle speed by the cruise control system.

  1. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise1 / Trouble Codes.

  1. Check the DTCs (Click here).
