1. INSPECT DPF SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard Resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Switch Condition
    		Specified Condition
    1 - 4
    		Switch OFF
    		10 kΩ or higher
    1 - 4
    		Switch ON
    		Below 1 Ω
    If the result is not as specified, replace the DPF switch assembly.

  1. Apply battery voltage to the switch connector and check that the DPF switch illuminates.

    OK:
    Measurement Condition
    		Specified Condition
    Apply battery voltage to terminal 3 (+) and 2 (-)
    		Mark illumination illuminates
    If the result is not as specified, replace the DPF switch assembly.
