Canister (W/ Secondary Air Injection System) -- Installation



1. INSTALL CANISTER ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the vent line hose to the charcoal canister assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

  1. Install the purge line hose to the charcoal canister assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

  1. Install the 2 fuel hose clamps to the charcoal canister assembly, and connect the hose.

  1. Install the charcoal canister assembly with the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    20 N*m{199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf}

  1. Connect the vent line hose and purge line hose to the fuel emission tube, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

  1. Connect the air inlet line hose to the fuel emission tube, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.
