  1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER WIRE

  2. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL BASE

  3. CONNECT NO. 1 COOLER WIRE

  4. INSTALL LOWER HEATER CONTROL BASE

  5. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Window Defogger Switch (For Automatic Cooler System) -- Installation



1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER WIRE


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25.Window Glass.Power Window Control System (W/ Jam Protection Function).Window Defogger Switch (For Automatic Cooler System) Installation

  1. Install the No. 1 cooler wire to the air conditioning amplifier assembly as shown in the illustration.

2. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL BASE

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the heater control base.



3. CONNECT NO. 1 COOLER WIRE


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Connect the No. 1 cooler wire as shown in the illustration.



4. INSTALL LOWER HEATER CONTROL BASE

  1. Install the 4 screws.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to the lower heater control base.

  1. Install the 4 screws.



5. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. for Manual Air Conditioning System:

    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 4 claws to connect the air conditioner control.

    3. Attach the 10 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

  1. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 8 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.



6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (HILUX_TGN26 RM000004QR3003X.html).
