  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Manual Seat) -- Removal



1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. w/ Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning System:

    1. Remove the hog rings and open the cover.



  1. w/ Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning System:



      Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25.Seat Belt.Seat Belt Warning System.Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Manual Seat) Removal

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the 2 clamps.

    3. Detach the wire harness from the clamp.

    4. Roll up the front seat cushion cover RH.

    5. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly RH.

  1. w/o Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning System:

    1. Roll up the front seat cushion cover RH.

    2. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly RH.



3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Detach the clamp.



    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Detach the wire harness from the clamp.

  1. Roll up the front seat cushion cover LH.

  1. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly LH.



4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

  1. Remove the front seat cushion cover LH.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure to remove the front seat cushion cover on the other side.
