Fuel Tank Disassembly

Disconnect the EVAP line tube.

Remove the 2 joint clips, fuel tank main tube and return tube.

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ:

1. Before removing the tube joint clips, check for foreign matter around each clip. Clean if necessary.
   

1. Do not use any tools in this procedure.
   

1. Do not forcefully bend or twist the tube.
   

1. Put the tube in a plastic bag to prevent damage and contamination.
   

1. If the fuel suction plate and tube are stuck together, pinch the tube and turn it carefully to disconnect it.
   

1. Be careful not the damage any clips. If a clip is damaged, replace it.
   

Remove the 8 bolts and set plate.

Disconnect the fuel hose and remove the suction vent tube assembly.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Do not damage the suction vent tube assembly.

Remove the gasket from the suction vent tube assembly.

Remove the fuel tank main tube from the fuel tube clamp.

Remove the return tube from the fuel tube clamp.

Remove the 4 fuel tube clamps from the fuel tank.

Remove the 7 fuel tank cushions from the fuel tank.

Remove the 5 screws and sender gauge.
