Rear Leaf Spring (For 2Wd) -- Reassembly |
| 1. INSTALL REAR SPRING LEAF BUSH |

Using SST and a press, press in 2 new bushes.
- SST
- 09710-28012(09710-07062)
09710-30041(09710-03211)
| 2. INSTALL REAR SPRING SILENCER |
Install the 4 rear spring silencers to the leaf spring.
| 3. REASSEMBLE REAR SPRING ASSEMBLY |
Install the rear No. 1 spring spacer to the leaf spring.
Install the rear No. 3 spring spacer to the leaf spring.
Secure the springs with a vise and install the center bolt and nut.
- Torque:
- 42 N*m{425 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}
Using a vise, caulk the 4 clips.

Check that there is no gap between the spring clip and spring.
| 4. INSTALL REAR SPRING SHACKLE UPPER BUSH |
Install the 2 bushes to the vehicle frame.
| 5. INSTALL REAR SPRING SHACKLE LOWER BUSH |
Install the 2 bushes to the spring.
| 6. INSTALL REAR SPRING PIN BUSH |
Install the 2 bushes to the bracket pin or spring.
