Exhaust Manifold -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SEAL RH |
Remove the 5 clips and fender seal RH.
| 2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL UPPER RH |
Remove the 5 clips and fender apron seal upper RH.
| 3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SEAL LH |
Remove the 5 clips and fender seal LH.
| 4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL UPPER LH |
Remove the 5 clips and fender apron seal upper LH.
| 5. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2) |
Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.
 |
Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor.

| 6. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 2) |
Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.
 |
Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor.

| 7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 bolts and 4 nuts.
Disconnect the exhaust pipe support and remove the front No. 2 exhaust pipe.
Remove the 2 gaskets.
| 8. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 bolts, 2 compression springs and 2 nuts.
Disconnect the exhaust pipe support and remove the front exhaust pipe.
Remove the 2 gaskets.
| 9. REMOVE NO. 2 MANIFOLD STAY |
Remove the 3 bolts and No. 2 manifold stay.
| 10. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
Remove the 6 nuts, exhaust manifold and gasket.
 |
| 11. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 1) |
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor.

| 12. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY |
Remove the 3 bolts and manifold stay.
| 13. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH |
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
Remove the 6 nuts, exhaust manifold and gasket.
 |
| 14. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 1) |
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor.
