  1. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR

  3. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

Differential Pressure Sensor -- Removal



1. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Remove the 3 nuts and No. 1 front floor heat insulator.



3. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25.2Kd-Ftv Emission Control.Emission Control System (W/ Dpf).Differential Pressure Sensor Removal

  1. Disconnect the connector.

    Remove the bolt and sensor bracket.

  1. Remove the nut and differential pressure sensor from the sensor bracket.

  1. Remove the No. 6 exhaust pipe air hose and No. 7 exhaust pipe air hose from the differential pressure sensor.
