1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25.2Tr-Fe Engine Control.Sfi System (W/ Secondary Air Injection System).Camshaft Oil Control Valve Installation

  1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to a new O-ring and install the O-ring to the camshaft timing oil control valve.

  1. Install the camshaft timing oil control valve with the bolt.

    Torque:
    8.0 N*m{82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    1. Do not allow foreign matter to contact the oil seal face of the camshaft timing oil control valve (surface which contacts the cylinder head).
    2. Be careful that the O-ring is not cracked when installing the camshaft timing oil control valve.

  1. Connect the camshaft timing oil control valve connector.
