  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD

  2. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper)

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK CONTROL ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Back Door Outside Garnish (For Hatchback Without Power Door Lock) -- Removal



1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD

  1. Disengage the 11 clips and remove the back door trim board.



2. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper)

3. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK CONTROL ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the back door outside handle cable.



    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and the back door lock control.



4. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the back door lock control rod.



    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and the back door lock cylinder.



5. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the nut.

  1. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the back door outside garnish.



6. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the back door outside handle.
