  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD

  2. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper)

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY (w/ Lock Cylinder)

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 BACK DOOR GARNISH RETAINER (w/ Cover)

  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

Back Door Outside Garnish (For Hatchback With Power Door Lock) -- Removal



1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the 11 clips and remove the back door trim board.



2. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper)

3. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY (w/ Lock Cylinder)

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and back door lock cylinder.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the door unlock switch.



4. REMOVE NO. 2 BACK DOOR GARNISH RETAINER (w/ Cover)


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and back door garnish No. 2 retainer.



5. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connectors.

  1. Remove the 3 nuts.



    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the back door outside garnish.



6. REMOVE BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the back door opener switch.
