  1. INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (Built in Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light)

  2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CENTER REGISTER ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Integrated with Panel)

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Integrated with Panel)

  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL NO.1

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CENTER FINISH PANEL

  9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light (For Sedan) -- Installation



1. INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (Built in Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light)

  1. Engage the 3 claws and install the hazard warning signal switch.



2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CENTER REGISTER ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 8 claws and the instrument panel center register.



3. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Integrated with Panel)

  1. for Integrated with Panel:

    1. Connect the plug.

    2. Connect the 3 radio connectors.



      3. Yaris. Ncp93, 131

    3. Align the 2 bosses of the instrument panel with the hole in the radio bracket.

    4. Engage the 4 clips and 4 claws and install the radio receiver.



      5. Yaris. Ncp93, 131

    5. Tighten the 4 bolts.

    6. Connect the hazard warning signal switch connector.

  1. except Integrated with Panel:

    1. Connect the plug.

    2. Connect the 2 radio connectors.

    3. Align the 2 bosses of the instrument panel with the hole in the radio bracket.

    4. Install the radio receiver with the 4 bolts.



4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Integrated with Panel)

  1. Engage the 2 claws and 4 clips and install the instrument cluster finish panel center.



5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL NO.1

  1. Fit the 2 claws of the instrument cluster finish panel into the upper instrument cluster finish panel center.

  1. Engage the 5 claws and 5 clips and install the instrument cluster finish panel.



6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  1. Engage the 6 claws and 3 clips and install the instrument panel finish panel end RH.



7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  1. Engage the 6 claws and 3 clips and install the instrument panel finish panel end LH.



8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CENTER FINISH PANEL

  1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips and install the instrument panel finish panel lower center.



9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque:
5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}
