  1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

Rear Seat Assembly (For Hatchback 60/40 Split Seat Type Lh Side) -- Installation



1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131.Seat.Front Seat Assembly (For Sedan).Rear Seat Assembly (For Hatchback 60/40 Split Seat Type Lh Side) Installation

  1. Engage the 2 hooks and temporary install the rear seatback assembly LH.

  1. Install the 2 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

  1. Pull back the rear seatback assembly LH.



2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

  1. Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat cushion lock hooks.



3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131.Seat.Front Seat Assembly (For Sedan).Rear Seat Assembly (For Hatchback 60/40 Split Seat Type Lh Side) Installation

  1. Pass the rear seat inner belt through the slit of the rear seat cushion cover with pad sub-assembly.

    		Rear Seat Cushion Lock Hook

  1. Align the rear side of the rear seat cushion frame with the 2 hooks.

  1. Engage the 2 hooks with the rear seat cushion lock hooks to install the rear seat cushion cover with pad sub-assembly.

    NOTICE:
    Check that the rear seat cushion lock hooks and the rear seat cushion frame are securely engaged.


4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the package tray trim panel assembly.

  1. Install the 2 package tray trim suspenders.
