1. INSPECT TIRES |
Check the tires for wear and proper inflation pressure.

2. ROTATE TIRES |

- Rotate tires as shown in the illustration.

3. INSPECT WHEEL BALANCE |
Check and adjust the off-car balance.
Steel wheel
- Maximum imbalance after adjustment:
- 8.0 g (0.0176 lb)
Others (Non-steel wheel)
- Maximum imbalance after adjustment:
- 8.0 g (0.0176 lb)
- NOTICE:
- Remove dirt, oil and water from the balance weight surface with cleaning detergent.
- Do not touch the adhesive part of the balance weight.
- Adhere the sticking type balance weight to the flat surface (A) shown in the illustration.
- Width (A):
- 25 mm (0.984 in.)
- Push the balance weight securely with a finger to adhere it to the position.
- Do not reuse the balance weight.
- HINT:
- The inner side balance weight should be installed by clipping it to the rim.
If necessary, check and adjust the on-car balance.
- Imbalance after adjustment:
- 8 g (0.018 lb) or less
4. INSPECT FRONT AXLE HUB BEARING |
Inspect the front axle hub bearing (YARIS_NCP93 RM000001IWW03MX.html).
5. INSPECT REAR AXLE HUB BEARING |
Inspect the rear axle hub bearing (YARIS_NCP93 RM000001IWW03NX.html).
