  1. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT

Clutch Release Cylinder (For Sedan) -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG
Torque:
8.3 N*m{85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf}


2. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT

  1. Install the bleeder plug cap onto the bleeder plug.

  1. Install the spring onto the cylinder body.

  1. Coat a new piston with lithium soap base glycol grease, as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the piston onto the cylinder body.

    NOTICE:
    Do not damage the inside of the cylinder body.

  1. Install the push rod onto the cylinder body.

  1. Install the boot onto the cylinder body.
