  1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  2. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

  5. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR (w/ Hood Insulator)

  6. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Hood -- Reassembly



1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Connect the washer hose assembly.



2. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


  1. Select a washer nozzle sub-assembly so that the washer fluid spray area is as specitied.

3. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Connect a new washer nozzle sub-assembly to the washer hose.



    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Engage the 2 claws to install the washer nozzle sub-assembly.



4. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Install the hood to radiator support seal with the 7 clips.



5. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR (w/ Hood Insulator)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Install the hood insulator with the 7 clips.



6. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


  1. With the engine running, check the position that the washer fluid hits the windshield.
