  1. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Instrument Panel Under Cover)

  2. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o PTC Heater)

  3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ PTC Heater)

Front Blower Motor -- Removal



1. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Instrument Panel Under Cover)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage the 3 claws.

  1. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.



2. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o PTC Heater)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 3 screws and the blower motor sub-assembly.



3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ PTC Heater)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the quick heater connector screw.

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 4 screws and the blower motor sub-assembly.
