Blower Unit Removal

Vehicle Interior. Corolla. Zre142 Aze141
Heating Air Conditioning. Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY (w/o PTC Heater)

  4. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY (w/ PTC Heater)

Blower Unit -- Removal



1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 air duct sub-assembly.



3. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY (w/o PTC Heater)


  1. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:



      Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

    1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 3 screws and the blower assembly.



4. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY (w/ PTC Heater)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage each clamp.



    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the screw and disengage the quick heater connector.

  1. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

    1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 3 screws and the blower assembly.
