Lexus IS250 IS220d GSE20 ALE20 - SUSPENSION
REAR UPPER NO. 1 CONTROL ARM - REMOVAL
| 1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL |
| 2. REMOVE NO. 2 DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT PROTECTOR |
Remove the 2 nuts and the No. 2 differential support protector.
| 3. SEPARATE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY |
Remove the bolt and nut (A), and separate the rear stabilizer link assembly and the height control sensor link bracket from the rear No. 2 suspension arm.
| 4. SEPARATE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER WITH COIL SPRING |
Remove the bolt and nut (B), and separate the rear shock absorber with coil spring from the rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly.
| 5. REMOVE REAR UPPER NO. 1 CONTROL ARM |
Remove the bolt, nut, washer, and the rear No. 1 upper control arm from the rear axle carrier.
- NOTICE:
- Push the axle carrier downward.
Remove the bolts, nuts, washers, and the rear upper No. 1 control arm from the rear suspension member.
