  1. INSTALL DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER

Purge Valve -- Installation



1. INSTALL DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Install the duty vacuum switching valve with the screw.

    Torque:
    3.4 N*m{35 kgf*cm, 30 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector, 2 vacuum hoses and wire harness clamp.



2. INSTALL NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Engage the 4 clips to install the No. 2 cylinder head cover.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be sure to engage the clips securely.
    2. Do not apply excessive force or do not hit the cover to engage the clips. This may cause the cover to break.
