Rear Combination Light Assembly Disassembly
REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT GASKET
REMOVE TAIL AND STOP LIGHT BULB
REMOVE REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB
REMOVE REAR BUMPER RETAINER UPPER
REMOVE BACK UP LIGHT BULB
REMOVE TAIL LIGHT BULB (w/o Rear Fog Light)
REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT BULB (w/ Rear Fog Light)
REMOVE REAR LIGHT GASKET
Rear Combination Light Assembly -- Disassembly |
1. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT GASKET |
Remove the rear combination light gasket.
- NOTICE:
- Be sure to remove all traces of the old gasket from the body.
- Do not reuse the removed gasket. Be sure to install a new rear combination light gasket to prevent water ingress.
2. REMOVE TAIL AND STOP LIGHT BULB |
Turn the tail and stop light bulb and the tail and stop light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow and disconnect them as a unit.
Remove the tail and stop bulb from the tail and stop light socket.
3. REMOVE REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB |
Turn the rear turn signal light bulb and the rear turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow and disconnect them as a unit.
Remove the rear turn signal light bulb from the rear turn signal light socket.
4. REMOVE REAR BUMPER RETAINER UPPER |
Disengage the claw and remove the rear bumper retainer upper.
5. REMOVE BACK UP LIGHT BULB |
Turn the back up light bulb and the rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove them as a unit.
Remove the back up light bulb from the rear light socket and wire.
6. REMOVE TAIL LIGHT BULB (w/o Rear Fog Light) |
Turn the tail light bulb and the rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove them as a unit.
Remove the tail light bulb from the rear light socket and wire.
7. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT BULB (w/ Rear Fog Light) |
Turn the rear fog light bulb and the rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove them as a unit.
Remove the rear fog light bulb from the rear light socket and wire.
8. REMOVE REAR LIGHT GASKET |
Remove the rear light gasket.
- NOTICE:
- Be sure to remove all traces of the old gasket from the body.
- Do not reuse the removed gasket. Be sure to install a new rear light gasket to prevent water ingress.
