High Intensity Discharge Headlight Bulb Installation

  1. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT SOCKET COVER

  3. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (for 2GR-FE)

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

High Intensity Discharge Headlight Bulb -- Installation



1. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.Lighting.Lighting System.High Intensity Discharge Headlight Bulb Installation

  1. Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

    NOTICE:
    Do not touch the bulb glass.

  1. Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to connect it.



2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT SOCKET COVER

  1. Turn the headlight socket cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.



3. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (for 2GR-FE)


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 7 clips.



4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
