  1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP

  3. INSTALL FUEL PUMP HARNESS

  4. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CUSHION RUBBER

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT

Fuel Pump -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.2Gr-Fe Fuel.Fuel System.Fuel Pump Reassembly

  1. Apply a light coat of spindle oil or gasoline to a new O-ring, and install it to the fuel pressure regulator.



    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Push in the fuel pressure regulator to the fuel filter.



2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.2Gr-Fe Fuel.Fuel System.Fuel Pump Reassembly

  1. Apply a light coat of gasoline or grease to the O-ring of the fuel pump.

  1. Push in the fuel pump to the fuel filter.



3. INSTALL FUEL PUMP HARNESS


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.2Gr-Fe Fuel.Fuel System.Fuel Pump Reassembly

  1. Connect the connector (*1).

  1. Install the fuel pump harness (*2).



4. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.2Gr-Fe Fuel.Fuel System.Fuel Pump Reassembly

  1. Connect the fuel pump connector (*1).

  1. Install the fuel suction plate.



5. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.2Gr-Fe Fuel.Fuel System.Fuel Pump Reassembly

  1. Slide the fuel sender gauge to engage with the claw (*1).

  1. Connect the fuel sender gauge connector (*2).



6. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CUSHION RUBBER


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.2Gr-Fe Fuel.Fuel System.Fuel Pump Reassembly

  1. Install the fuel pump cushion rubber to the fuel pump.



7. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Install the No. 2 fuel suction support.
