DESCRIPTION
The navigation receiver assembly receives a back door condition signal from the back door courtesy light switch.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Remove the back door courtesy light switch (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001MVH00CX.html).
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection

| 10 kΩ or higher

for 3ZR-FAE:
Disconnect the E57 navigation receiver assembly connector.
Disconnect the K18 back door courtesy light switch connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:

except 3ZR-FAR:
Disconnect the E54 navigation receiver assembly assembly connector.
Disconnect the K18 back door courtesy light switch connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
