POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM - Double Lock Function does not Operate Properly |
DESCRIPTION
All the doors except the back door have the double lock function. This system is set and unset by the ECU aggregation box (double door lock ECU). When the double door lock ECU receives a request signal from the wireless transmitter to set or unset the double lock function via the main body ECU, it drives the double door lock motor built into each door lock motor according to the conditions of the double door lock position switches, causing the double locking system to be set or unset.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch on (IG) and turn the tester ON.
Select the following menu items: Body / Main body / DTC.
Read DTCs.

Check the operation of the double lock motor.
Apply the battery voltage to the door lock and set the door lock motor.
