  1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

  2. REMOVE HOOD CENTER CUSHION

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH (w/ Diffuser)

  5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH (w/ Diffuser)

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Under Guard)

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/o Under Guard)

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

Headlight Assembly (W/O Hood Moulding) -- Removal



1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

  1. Remove the 9 clips and radiator support opening cover.



2. REMOVE HOOD CENTER CUSHION

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the center hood cushion.



3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

  1. Remove the 2 radiator grille protectors.



4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH (w/ Diffuser)

  1. Remove the screw, bolt, nut and splash shield.



5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH (w/ Diffuser)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Under Guard)

  1. Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the pin hold clip.

    HINT:
    1. Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
    2. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  1. Remove the retainer.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  1. Put protective tape around the bumper cover.

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.

  1. Remove the 8 screws.

  1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the bumper cover.

    HINT:
    The illustration only shows the LH side of the vehicle. The remaining claws are on the RH side.

  1. w/ Fog Light:
    Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.



7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/o Under Guard)

  1. Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the pin hold clip.

    HINT:
    1. Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
    2. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  1. Remove the retainer.

  1. Put protective tape around the bumper cover.

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.

  1. Remove the 8 screws.

  1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the bumper cover.

    HINT:
    The illustration only shows the LH side of the vehicle. The remaining claws are on the RH side.

  1. w/ Fog Light:
    Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.



8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 2 horn connectors.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and reinforcement.



9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 3 screws and bolt.

  1. Disconnect the connectors and remove the headlight.
