  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT COVER SEAL LH

  2. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

  3. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET

  4. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB

Headlight Assembly (W/ Hood Moulding) -- Reassembly


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT COVER SEAL LH


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Align a new headlight seal with the cutout of the lens and install it as shown in the illustration.



2. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the bulb.



3. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Turn the socket in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.



4. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the bulb.



5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Turn the socket in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.



6. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Turn the bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Turn the back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.



7. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Turn the bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.
