Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly Removal

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 4 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 5 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER RH

  7. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR BRACKET COVER LH

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER LH

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side)

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for 60/40 Split Seat Type RH Side)

Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly -- Removal



1. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG COVER


2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER


3. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER


Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35
Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the side cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


4. REMOVE REAR NO. 4 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER


5. REMOVE REAR NO. 5 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER


6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER RH

  1. Remove the bolt and the seat belt.



7. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the rearmost position.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

  1. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the foremost position.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

  1. Fully tilt the seatback forward. Then remove the seat.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body,


8. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR BRACKET COVER LH

  1. Open the lower part of the seatback cover. Then remove the 2 screws.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and remove the bracket cover.



9. REMOVE REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER LH

  1. Remove the bolt and the seat belt.



10. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side)

  1. Remove the bolt and the seat belt.



11. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the rearmost position.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

  1. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the foremost position.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

  1. Fully tilt the seatback forward. Then remove the seat.
