  1. INSTALL BLOWER UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  4. INSTALL AIR DUCT

  5. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL

  6. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  8. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

Blower Unit -- Installation



1. INSTALL BLOWER UNIT ASSEMBLY


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Install the blower assembly with the 3 screws.



2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  1. Install the air conditioning unit (RAV4_ACA30 RM0000017ZP01JX.html).



3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  1. Install the air conditioning unit (RAV4_ACA30 RM0000017ZP01JX.html).



4. INSTALL AIR DUCT


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the air duct.



5. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL

  1. Install the lower instrument panel (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001RHG00HX.html).



6. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL

  1. Install the upper instrument panel (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001RHA00KX.html).



7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


8. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

  1. Check the SRS warning light (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000XFD06JX.html).
