  1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR

  2. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  3. INSTALL AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  4. INSTALL AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  5. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE

  6. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY

Blower Unit -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Install the blower motor with the 3 screws.



2. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.



3. INSTALL AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Install the air inlet servo motor with the 3 screws.



4. INSTALL AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Install the air inlet servo motor with the 3 screws.



    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Attach the claw to install the lever.



5. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE

  1. Install the air filter.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the air filter case.



6. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Attach the 7 claws to install the register duct.
