Clutch Pedal (For Rhd) Disassembly

Clutch. Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Entry and Start System)

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Cruise Control System)

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER

  6. REMOVE COLLAR

  7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

  8. REMOVE PEDAL SPRING HOOK

Clutch Pedal (For Rhd) -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Entry and Start System)

  1. Disconnect the clutch start switch connector.

  1. Remove the nut and clutch start switch from the clutch pedal support.



2. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Cruise Control System)

  1. Disconnect the clutch switch connector.

  1. Remove the nut and clutch switch from the clutch pedal support.



3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING

  1. Remove the clutch pedal spring.



4. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the clutch pedal return spring.



    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Remove the bolt, nut and clutch pedal from the clutch pedal support.



5. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER

  1. Remove the clutch pedal spring holder.



6. REMOVE COLLAR


Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Remove the 2 bushes and collar.



7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION


Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Remove the cushion from the clutch pedal.



8. REMOVE PEDAL SPRING HOOK


Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Remove the hook from the clutch pedal support.
