REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET (for Bank 1)
REMOVE PROPELLER WITH CENTER BEARING SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for Bank 1)
Air Fuel Ratio Sensor -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2) |
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor (for bank 2) from the exhaust manifold.

| 2. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Bank 1) |
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
Remove the No. 2 exhaust pipe sub-assembly from the 3 exhaust pipe supports.
Remove the gasket.
| 3. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Bank 1) |
Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts, and center exhaust pipe assembly.
Remove the 2 gaskets.
| 4. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET (for Bank 1) |
Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket.
| 5. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Bank 1) |
Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket.
| 6. REMOVE PROPELLER WITH CENTER BEARING SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for Bank 1) |
| 7. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY (for Bank 1) |
Remove the 2 bolts, nut and manifold stay.
 |
| 8. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Bank 1) |
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector clamp.
Uniformly loosen and remove the 6 nuts.
 |
Remove the manifold and gasket.
| 9. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1) |
Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor (for bank 1).
