  1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER

  2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  4. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK

Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper -- Installation



1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER

  1. Apply a light coat of spindle oil or gasoline to a new O-ring, and install it to the pulsation damper.

  1. Install the pulsation damper to the fuel delivery pipe.

  1. Install the clip.



2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the intake air surge tank assembly (RAV4_ACA30 RM000002YO200RX.html).



3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


4. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK
