Headlight Assembly (For Led Headlight) Installation


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR LH

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

  4. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING

  5. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING

Headlight Assembly (For Led Headlight) -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
  3. A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (LandCruiser RM00000118W0G8X.html).


1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Put protective tape around the headlight assembly LH.

  1. Connect each connector.



  1. Install the headlight assembly LH with the bolt and 3 screws.

    Torque:
    for Bolt:
    5.6 N*m{57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf}

2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR LH

  1. Attach the 3 clips to install the front fender side panel protector LH.



3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
