DESCRIPTION

The headlight swivel ECU receives signals indicating the front right wheel speed from the skid control ECU using CAN communication.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:

First perform the communication function inspections in How to Proceed with Troubleshooting to confirm that there are no CAN communication malfunctions before troubleshooting this problem.

1.CHECK FOR DTC

Clear the DTCs (LandCruiser RM000000PKT0AFX.html).

Check for DTCs (LandCruiser RM000000PKT0AFX.html).
OK:
DTC B2415 output does not occur.

Go to step 2

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK (LandCruiser RM000003YMI00MX.html)

2.CHECK FOR DTC (BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEM)

Clear the DTCs (See page for 5L-E, LandCruiser RM0000046KV016X.html for 1GR-FE, 1KD-FTV, LandCruiser RM000000XHV0KEX.html for 2TR-FE).

Check for DTCs (See page for 5L-E, LandCruiser RM0000046KV016X.html for 1GR-FE, 1KD-FTV, LandCruiser RM000000XHV0KEX.html for 2TR-FE).
