Power Outlet Socket (For Front) Removal


  1. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  4. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH

  5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transmission)

  6. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transmission)

  7. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission)

  8. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission)

  9. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER

Power Outlet Socket (For Front) -- Removal



1. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Detach the 4 clips.

  1. Disconnect the connector and remove the integration control and panel assembly.



2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  1. Detach the 4 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end LH.



3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  1. Detach the 4 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end RH.



4. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH


  1. w/o Seat Heater System:



      Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155.Power Outlets (Int).Voltage Inverter (For 5 Door).Power Outlet Socket (For Front) Removal

    1. Put protective tape around the front console upper panel garnish.

    2. Detach the 5 clips and remove the front console upper panel garnish.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    1. Put protective tape around the front console upper panel garnish.

  1. Move the shifting hole cover downward.

  1. Twist the shift lever knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.



6. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transmission)

  1. Put protective tape around the console panel.

  1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 8 clips and 2 claws.

  1. Disconnect each connector and remove the console panel.



7. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission)

  1. Twist the shift lever knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.



8. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission)

  1. Put protective tape around the console panel.

  1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 8 clips and 2 claws.

  1. Disconnect each connector and remove the console panel.



9. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY

  1. While pulling the claw of the power point socket in the direction of the arrow, push the power point socket toward the inside of the chamber to remove it.



10. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER

  1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the socket cover.
