Condenser Fan Installation


  1. INSTALL SHROUD BLOWER ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

  6. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

Condenser Fan -- Installation



1. INSTALL SHROUD BLOWER ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the shroud blower assembly with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the connector.



2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the attached vinyl tape from the air conditioning tube assembly.

  1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the cooler condenser assembly.

    Compressor oil:
    ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

  1. Install the O-ring to the air conditioning tube assembly.

  1. Attach the clamp to install the air conditioning tube assembly.

  1. Install the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the connector.



3. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

  1. for LHD:
    Install the hood lock assembly (LandCruiser RM000000Y530FIX_01_0044.html).

  1. for RHD:
    Install the hood lock assembly (LandCruiser RM000000Y530FIX_01_0098.html).



4. INSTALL HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR

  1. Attach the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the hood lock release lever protector.



5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

  1. Attach the 8 claws to install the radiator grille.

  1. Install the 4 screws.



6. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

  1. Install the upper radiator support seal with the 13 clips.
