DESCRIPTION

This circuit consists of the integration control and panel assembly and air conditioning amplifier assembly. When the integration control and panel assembly is operated, signals are transmitted to the air conditioning amplifier assembly through the LIN communication system.
If the LIN communication system malfunctions, the air conditioning amplifier assembly does not operate when the integration control and panel assembly is operated.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
1.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL - AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER)
  1. Disconnect the G25 amplifier connector.

  1. Disconnect the G23 panel connector.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard Resistance:
    Tester Connection
    Condition
    Specified Condition
    G23-3 (LIN1) - G25-37 (LIN1)
    Always
    Below 1 Ω
    G23-3 (LIN1) - Body ground
    Always
    10 kΩ or higher

  1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  1. Replace the integration control and panel assembly with a new or normally functioning one (LandCruiser RM000003B4601YX.html).

  1. Operate the integration control and panel assembly to check that it functions properly.

    Integration control and panel assembly operates normally.
