  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD (w/o Rear Air Conditioning System)

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System)

  5. REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE

  6. REMOVE DECK BOARD BRACKET REINFORCEMENT

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD BRACKET LH

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly (For Manual Seat Type Lh Side) -- Removal


CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

  1. Operate the 2 rear seat lock release levers and fold down the 2 seatbacks.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and open the cover.

    HINT:
    1. Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
    2. Use the same procedure to open the cover on the other side.

  1. Detach the 4 clips and remove the deck board.

7. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD BRACKET LH

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.



8. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Operate the rear seat lock release lever and raise the seatback.

  1. Pull out the seat cushion.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 guides and 6 claws and open the 2 covers.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly from the vehicle.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
    HINT:
    If removing the seat on the RH side with the LH side installed, remove it with the rear seat leg cover LH raised as shown in the illustration.
