  1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP LH

  4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR ARMREST COVER LH

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL LH

  7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH LH

Personal Light (For Front Door) -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for LHD and RHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.
  3. Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
  4. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Attach the claw to install the light.

  1. Connect the connector.



2. INSTALL NO. 2 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Turn the light in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

  1. Attach the clamp.

  1. Connect the connector.



3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP LH

  1. Install the front door inner glass weatherstrip.



4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Connect the front door lock remote control cable assembly and front door inside locking cable assembly.

  1. Connect 2 connectors.

  1. w/ Seat Position Memory System:

    1. Connect the connectors.

  1. Attach the front door trim board sub-assembly by attaching the 4 claws of the front door inner glass weatherstrip as shown in the illustration.

  1. Attach the 12 clips and front door trim board retainer to install the front door trim board sub-assembly.

  1. Install the 3 screws.



5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR ARMREST COVER LH


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Attach the 8 claws to install the assist grip cover.



6. INSTALL NO. 2 DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL LH


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the inside handle bezel.



7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH LH

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front door lower frame bracket garnish.
