INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
When replacing the master cylinder solenoid, perform calibration (LandCruiser RM00000452J00ZX.html).
1.CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE (EXI)
  1. Disconnect the A7 skid control ECU connector.

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK (LandCruiser RM000003YMJ00XX.html)

3.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU - FOUR WHEEL DRIVE CONTROL ECU/TRANSFER SHIFT ACTUATOR)
  1. Disconnect the A7 skid control ECU (master cylinder solenoid) connector.

  1. Disconnect the G53 4 wheel drive control ECU connector.

  1. Disconnect the C43 center differential lock detection switch (transfer shift actuator assembly) connector.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard Resistance:
    Tester Connection

    A7-27 (EXI) - G53-14 (P1)

    A7-27 (EXI) - C43-9 (CDL)
