  1. REMOVE NO. 2 UREA PUMP CONTROL BRACKET

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 UREA PUMP CONTROL BRACKET

  3. REMOVE UREA PUMP CONTROL ECU

Urea Pump Control Ecu -- Removal



1. REMOVE NO. 2 UREA PUMP CONTROL BRACKET


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and No. 2 urea pump control bracket from the frame LH.



2. REMOVE NO. 3 UREA PUMP CONTROL BRACKET


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Remove the bolt and No. 3 urea pump control bracket from the No. 4 urea pump control bracket.



3. REMOVE UREA PUMP CONTROL ECU


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Raise the lever while pushing the lock on the lever and disconnect the connector from the urea pump control ECU.

    NOTICE:
    After disconnecting a connector, make sure that dirt, water and other foreign matter does not contact the connector.

  1. Detach the 3 clamps and disconnect wire harness from the No. 4 urea pump control bracket and No. 1 urea pump control bracket.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and No. 4 urea pump control bracket from the urea pump control ECU.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and No. 1 urea pump control bracket from the frame LH.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and urea pump control ECU from the No. 1 urea pump control bracket.
