Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper Removal


  1. DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  3. REMOVE INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK

  4. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER ASSEMBLY

Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper -- Removal



1. DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE

  1. Discharge the fuel system pressure (LandCruiser RM0000028RU05JX.html).



2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
  1. After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (LandCruiser RM000003YMD00TX.html).
  2. When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (LandCruiser RM000003YMF011X.html).


3. REMOVE INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK

  1. Remove the intake air surge tank (LandCruiser RM00000456D014X.html).



4. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Remove the fuel pressure regulator holder.

  1. Pull the fuel pressure pulsation damper out of the fuel delivery pipe.

  1. Remove the O-ring from the fuel pressure pulsation damper.
