1. INSPECT ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  1. Turn the GTS on.

  1. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / Accel Sens. No.1 Volt % and Accel Sens. No.2 Volt %.

  1. Operate the accelerator pedal sensor assembly and check that the "Accel Sens. No.1 Volt %" and "Accel Sens. No.2 Volt %" values are within the specification.

    Standard Voltage (Accel Sens. No.1 Volt %):
    Accelerator Pedal Condition
    		Specified Condition
    Released
    		10 to 22%
    Depressed
    		52 to 90%
    Standard Voltage (Accel Sens. No.2 Volt %):
    Accelerator Pedal Condition
    		Specified Condition
    Released
    		24 to 40%
    Depressed
    		68 to 99%
    If the result is not as specified, check the accelerator pedal sensor assembly, wire harness or ECM.
