Fuel Pump -- Installation |
- NOTICE:

- Do not disconnect the hoses indicated in the illustration.
| 1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP |
Apply a light coat of gasoline to a new O-ring, and install it to the supporter of the fuel suction plate.

Install the fuel pump harness and connect the fuel pump connector.
 |
Attach the 3 claws to install the fuel pump.
 |
| 2. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUB-TANK |
Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.
 |
Attach the 3 claws.
 |
Connect the 2 fuel tubes and fuel pump harness.
 |
Attach the claw to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.
 |
Attach the tube to the 2 clamps on the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.
Connect the jet pump to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.
Connect the fuel pump connector.

| 3. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY |
Set the fuel sender gauge onto the No. 1 fuel sub-tank. Then slide the fuel sender gauge downward to install it.

Connect the fuel sender gauge connector.
| 4. INSTALL FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY |
Install the fuel tank to the vehicle (Toyota Fortuner RM000000YLR06YX.html).
