Fuel Supply Pump Inspection

Inspect the suction control valve.

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   1 - 2	20°C (68°F)	1.9 to 2.3 Ω

   If the result is not specified, replace the fuel supply pump assembly.
   

Inspect the fuel temperature sensor.

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
   

   Standard Resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   1 - 2	20°C (68°F)	2.32 to 2.59 kΩ

   If the result is not specified, replace the fuel supply pump assembly.
