Install the battery (lithium battery: CR2016) with the positive (+) side facing upward as shown in the illustration.

Inspect the operation of the transmitter.

Twist a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow in the illustration and open the transmitter housing cover.

Inspect the operation of the transmitter.

Push (for type A, for type B) or slide (for type C) the release hook knob and extract the emergency key.

Twist a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow in the illustration and remove the transmitter housing cover.
